The Leaky Palapa? In a word extraordinary. To find a restaurant of this caliber in such a remote location was, to me, a delight. Not only is the
highlight of my trip

Mmmmm Beancakes......Xcalak is not only my favourite vacation destination, but the home of my favourite restaurant. There really is no better
feeling, than to be greeted at the door by Linda’s cheerful smile and sense of humour which is only matched by Marla’s fresh, tasty creations
from the kitchen. A trip to the Costa Maya is not complete without a trip to the Leaky Palapa.

Oh the Leaky Palapa, where do I start! When my wife and I decided that we were going to get married down in Xcalak, it took us about 30
seconds to decide on the reception location. We did not choose the Leaky Palapa because it was the only restaurante in the area that could
accommodate us, we would have chosen it if it was one of 100 choices! Every experience that we've had at Linda and Marla's fine
establishment has been more than enjoyable and we knew that it would be a perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding. We had around
25-30 people for dinner and everything from the food to the service to the drinks to the ambiance to the music was nothing short of perfect.¨
Linda and Marla make you feel right at home during every meal and each of their varying choices of entrees is amazing! And that's before
you even get to dessert! We were extremely happy to have such great hosts and a great spot to share our day and we look forward to every
meal that we eat at one of the best restaurants in the Yucatan!

Leaky Palapa.
