I wanted to take time out and thank both of you for giving my wife and myself such a wonderful experience at your restaurant back on Sat
night Apr 2nd. Marla, I told you after our meal that our dinner was the best I had ever had...and I truly meant that. I have eaten at the finest
places here in Indianapolis (and there are some very nice places here), as well as, some of the best restaurants in Chicago. If you took
your restaurant and put it in ANY city in the world (other than Xcalak) it would be mass hysteria to try and get a table. When Bob &
Caroline told me that people plan there vacations around when you are open I could definitely see why. I wish we had done the same!
Each course of our meal was phenomenal. The crab cakes with the mango salsa in carrot broth was crisp and full of flavor. The
habanero/mandarin combo for the grouper I ate was amazing.
I Just wanted you both to know that everything was outstanding. Luiz was an awesome server, please tell him we appreciated his
cheerful yet reserved demeanor.

I've been to Xcalak four or five times now. I wouldn't dream of going without having at least two meals at ¨My Favorite Restaurant on the
planet¨.
You are always welcomed at the door, treated like family, not to mention the gastronomic delight you will experience.

Many of our guests, especially those returning year after year to our Sin Duda Villas, choose their dates based on the schedule for the
Leaky Palapa. Kudos to these two ladies for the extraordinary food, ambiance, friendship, support and love they spread throughout our

Thank you Marla and Linda for the amazing dinner experience last week! Food was amazing, setting was beautiful, unique, relaxing,
service outstanding and personable. Favorite meal I've ever had in 15+ visits all over Mexico. I will be craving your Lobster Corn Chowder

Finding the Leaky Palapa was one of the several treasures we discovered in our one-week stay in Xcalak. The wonderful atmosphere and
hospitality were only to be outdone by the outstanding food that blended local seafood and vegetable flavors into wonderfully presented
meals that were flavorful and filling. We just wish that a Leaky Palapa II would open soon in our hometown of Phoenix, AZ.
